Support – Shipping & Tracking Information – Tracking
FedEx will send tracking information directly to the email address entered on the Payment and Shipping form.
Shipping services will typically attempt 3 deliveries (on consecutive days) to an address. If the customer is not available to sign for the shipment, and has not contacted the carrier, the shipment will be returned to Mirage and the recipient will be responsible for additional charges to reship the order.
- If there is a problem or you miss the delivery, you can usually contact FedEx and ask to pick up the package at their local facility.
