Shipping & Tracking Information


Mirage uses Federal Express (FedEx) for Ground and Express shipments.  We can utilize other carriers (UPS, Postal Service, Freight) at recipient’s request.

  • All shipments will be insured at invoiced value.
  • High valued items will also require an adult signature when delivered.


FedEx will send tracking information directly to the email address entered on the Payment and Shipping form.

Shipping services will typically attempt 3 deliveries (on consecutive days) to an address.  If the customer is not available to sign for the shipment, and has not contacted the carrier, the shipment will be returned to Mirage and the recipient will be responsible for additional charges to reship the order.

  • If there is a problem or you miss the delivery, you can usually contact FedEx and ask to pick up the package at their local facility.

International Orders

Mirage uses Federal Express (FedEx) for international shipments.  We can utilize other carriers (UPS, Postal Service) at recipient’s request, but the recipient must sign a waiver releasing Mirage from any liability for using a carrier other than FedEx.

Mirage will complete all appropriate paperwork for Customs and Duty Clearance prior to shipment.  Recipients are responsible for all import duties and taxes.  Mirage will NOT undervalue or use misleading statements concerning the value or condition of items shipped, please do not ask.
